The scramble will be held on the afternoon of Thursday, June 22, at Chariot Run Golf Course (driving instructions are available here).
Registration starts at noon with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.
Entry fees are $150 for an individual and $500 for a team of four.
This amount includes the green fees, cart, goodie bag, sleeve of balls, tees, and lunch (which will be served beforehand at 12:30 p.m.).
Awards will be presented after the scramble and will include prizes for best team, closest to the pin, longest drive, and longest putt.
